Page Types

Create an Information Page

To create an information page, please follow the steps below:

1. In the Admin sidebar, find and select Pages.

2. Click +New Page.

3. By default, the Type is Location / Amenity / Page. Do not edit this field.

4. Enter the Name of the page.

5. Add the description in the Sub Text field.

6. An address is required. Enter any Address for this page. Often this can be your primary location for your app.

7. Choose a Custom Menu to place this page within the appropriate menu.

8. Select one or more Tags as needed to classify this page. For details on tags, see What are Tags?

9. Disable Reservable.

10. Do not enable any Week Days.

11. Disable default UI Features:

- a. Uncheck Open/Closed Status.

- b. Uncheck Schedule.

- c. Uncheck Map.

12. Click Save.

13. To add an image, scroll to the bottom of the page, click Add Resource, then add your image. Please follow these Image Guidelines for your page images.

Create a Reservable Location Page

IMPORTANT

Prior to creating your reservable location page, please read the article: Create a Timetable.

To create a Reservable Location page, please follow the steps below:

1. In the Admin sidebar, find and select Pages.

2. Click +New Page.

3. Keep the default Type of Location / Amenity / Page.

4. Enter the Name of the location.

5. Add the location description in the Sub Text field.

6. Enter the Address of the location.

7. Choose one or more Custom Menus to place this page within the appropriate menu(s).

8. Select one or more Tags as needed to classify this page. For details on tags, see What are Tags?

9. Enable Reservable.

10. Configure the Reservation details. See Set Up Amenity Reservations.

11. Set Hours of Operation:

- a. For locations with hours, select the applicable Week Days checkbox next to each open day of the week.

- b. Set the applicable times for each weekday that the location is open.

12. Set optional UI Features:

- a. To show the location’s Open/Closed status within the app, check Open/Closed Status.

- b. To display the location’s hours of operation within the app, check Schedule.

- c. To display the directions to a location, check Map.

13. Click Save.

14. Edit this page and scroll down to the bottom of the page to add Timetable details.

- a. The system shows the open days of the reservable location based upon the specified Week Days, previously defined.

- b. For each date, click the menu and select the appropriate timetable.

- c. Once the week is full, click Next Week to continue filling in timetables into the future.

- d. To create a desired availability of time, only fill in the days of the week you want reservable. Ex: only fill in the timetables for 2 weeks in advance.

15. Click Save.

16. To add an image, scroll to the bottom of the page, click Add Resource, then add your image. Please follow the Image Guidelines.

Create a New Club Page

To create a new Club page, please follow the steps below:

1. In the Admin sidebar, find and select Pages.

2. Click +New Page. By default, the Type is Location / Amenity / Page. Select Club.

3. Enter the club Name.

4. Add the club description in the Sub Text field.

5. Join Required is enabled by default. For more information on this field, see What are Club Memberships?

- a. If enabled, residents are invited to Request to Join Club to submit a club membership request to the club admin.

- b. If disabled, residents are invited to show interest in the club and a club membership request is submitted to the club admin.

6. Enter the Address of the club. If there is no physical address, this can also be the address of the community.

7. Choose a Custom Menu to place this club within the appropriate app menu.

8. Select one or more Tags as needed to classify this page. For details on tags, see What are Tags?

9. Set optional Hours of Operation:

- a. For locations with hours, select the applicable Week Days checkbox next to each open day of the week.

- b. Set the applicable times for each weekday that the club is open.

10. Set optional UI Features:

- a. To show the location’s Open/Closed status within the app, check Open/Closed Status.

- b. To display the location’s hours of operation within the app, check Schedule.

- c. To display the directions to a location, check Map.

11. Click Save.

12. To add an image, scroll to the bottom of the page, click Add Resource, then add your image. Please consider the Image Guidelines when adding your image to a page.

Create a Location Page

To create a Location/Amenity page, please follow the steps below:

1. In the Admin sidebar, find and select Pages.

2. Click +New Page.

3. By default, the Type is Location/Amenity Page. Do not edit this field.

4. Enter the Name of the location.

5. Add the location description in the Sub Text field.

6. Enter the Address of the location.

7. Choose a Custom Menu to place this page within the appropriate menu.

8. Select one or more Tags as needed to classify this page. For details on tags, see What are Tags?

9. Set Hours of Operation:

- a. For locations with hours, select the applicable Week Days checkbox next to each open day of the week.

- b. Set the applicable times for each weekday that the location is open.

10. Set optional UI Features:

- a. To show the location’s Open/Closed status within the app, check Open/Closed Status.

- b. To display the location’s hours of operation within the app, check Schedule.

- c. To display the directions to a location, check Map.

11. Click Save.

12. To add an image, scroll to the bottom of the page, click Add Resource, then add your image. Please follow these Image Guidelines for your page images.

Create a Marketplace Page

To create a Marketplace page, please follow the steps below:

1. In the Admin sidebar, find and select Pages.

2. Click + New Page.

3. By default, the Type is Location / Amenity / Page. Select Marketplace.

4. Enter the Name of the page.

5. Add the description in the Sub Text field.

6. Enable Join Required. This enables the follow feature for the page.

7. An address is required. Enter any Address for this page. If a specific address is unavailable, use the primary location for the app.

8. Choose a Custom Menu to place this page within the appropriate app menu.

9. Select one or more Tags as needed to classify this page. For details on tags, see What are Tags?

10. Set Hours of Operation:

- a. For locations with hours, select the applicable Week Days checkbox next to each open day of the week.

- b. Set the applicable times for each weekday that the location is open.

11. If the location is temporarily closed, enter a date and time in Temporary Closed Until to indicate when the business will reopen, while leaving the regular hours of operation in place.

12. Set optional UI Features:

- a. To show the location’s current status per the specified days and hours, check Open/Closed Status.

- b. To display the location’s hours of operation, check Schedule.

- c. To display the directions to a location, check Map.

13. Click Save.

14. To add an image, scroll to the bottom of the page, click Add Resource, then add your image. Please follow these Image Guidelines for your page images.

Enable Following on a Marketplace Page

To manage the follow feature on a Marketplace page, please follow the steps below:

1. In the Admin sidebar, find and select Pages.

2. Find and edit the applicable Marketplace page in the admin.

3. To enable following: Enable Join Required to include the follow feature on the Marketplace page. The follow feature appears in the app as a Sign Up to Follow button for Guest users or a Follow button for logged in users.

4. To disable following: Disable Join Required.
