April LaMon

Real estate technology leader Alosant recently announced the addition of Scott Roden, Chelsea Anderson, Adison Pace and Seth Carlisle to its fast-growing team as customer success managers.

Alosant’s new talent brings a combined 15 years of customer success experience to the company and will be responsible for onboarding new clients and configuring their apps to meet the needs of their individual communities. They will also provide ongoing support to ensure each community is getting as much value from the Alosant platform as possible.

“We are excited to welcome this talented group of professionals to our team,” said April LaMon, Alosant’s Co-Founder and CEO. “Their knowledge and experience will help ensure our clients continue to receive a seamless and top-quality experience.”

Born and raised in a small town in Northeast Tennessee, Scott Roden followed his passion for adventure to Montana and soon after graduated from Montana State University. He previously served as a technical product specialist for Schedulicity, a booking platform for service-based businesses, where he utilized troubleshooting skills to navigate customer experiences, brainstorm workarounds, and provide thorough solutions. He has spent the past decade developing an appreciation for working with others, establishing connections, and working to find imaginative solutions to complex challenges.

Originally from Missoula, MT, Chelsea Anderson received her B.A. in English from Montana State University. Prior to joining Alosant, she worked as a customer experience mentor for Schedulicity, where she built and maintained training programs for new customer CX hires. In her role, she led new hires through product and support trainings. Chelsea enjoys skiing, hiking, and rock climbing in her free time.

Prior to joining Alosant, Adison Pace served as a Sociology Research Assistance at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He graduated from the University of Nebraska in 2021 with a degree in English and sociology and now enjoys skiing, writing, and exploring the outdoors in Bozeman.

Seth Carlisle recently graduated from Montana State University with a degree in business management and entrepreneurship. Originally from Nashville, TN, he moved to Montana to snowboard and escape the heat, humidity, and pollen of the south. When he's not at school or work, he is passionate about drinking water and recycling.

Together, this team of new customer success managers strive to provide Alosant’s clients with an unmatched experience tailored specifically to their needs.

The company is also excited to welcome Grace Madsen, who will serve as the marketing intern for the summer before graduating in the fall. Originally from Seattle, WA, she is currently studying business marketing at Montana State University. Madsen’s work with Alosant will help hone her skills and provide real-world work experience for her future endeavors. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, skiing and exploring Montana's beautiful mountains.
