BJ works at the intersection of finance and technology. His responsibilities include debt structuring, capital procurement, planning and budgeting, investor relations and reporting, and administration and design of Southstar’s core accounting and CRM systems. BJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida and is a certified Salesforce administrator and developer. He applies his well-developed logic and analysis abilities to Southstar’s strategic financial efforts for new and existing communities.
BJ lives in Georgia with his wife and three children. His loves also include chess and Gator football. BJ is a member of Urban Land Institute and served on the Board of Directors for Helping One Guy, a nonprofit helping men in times of life-changing crisis.
