Reservations

The word Reservations is a commonly used term in the Alosant App Platform.

In the admin menu, Reservations is the location that stores P&A (amenity) reservation requests. These are the amenity reservation requests for amenity reservations.

To export a list of amenity reservations, please follow the steps below:

1. In the Admin sidebar, find and select Reservations.

2. Click Export to CSV in the top right corner of the list page.

3. Open the downloaded file to view the place reservation details, including:

- a. Name of amenity being reserved

- b. Name of the user booking the reservation

- c. The status of the reservation

- d. The date and time of the reservation

To cancel an amenity reservation, please follow the steps below:

1. In the Admin sidebar, find and select Reservations.

2. Click Open on the approved reservation you wish to cancel. The status tag indicates Approved for applicable reservations.

3. Click Cancel Reservation.

NOTE

Reservations can only be canceled in advance of the start time for the reservation.
