Like much larger master-planned communities around the country, Serenbe sought a way to bring together the many facets of its hamlets and community for residents. Rather than refer them to a variety of sources for information about Serenbe, they desired one branded solution as elegant yet down to earth as the community itself.

The Solution

The Serenbe team saw the possibility of bringing everything surrounding resident life together in one branded application providing the platform for future growth. Serenbe turned to Alosant in December 2018 with the goal to launch the Serenbe App at their annual resident meeting in early January. Alosant was up to the challenge!

In addition to a robust community calendar of events, the Serenbe App ties together Serenbe Business and Restaurants, Wellness and Fitness, Amenities, and HOA information, including integration with their existing ticketing system.
