Challenge: Avoiding Delays in Resident Onboarding
The traditional process to onboard a new resident can take weeks and includes waiting for signed deeds and closing documents to be filed and recorded by the county.
For new homeowners, that means waiting to receive access, information, and a proper welcome into their new community. For community teams, it means manual work and unnecessary delays.
This traditional process did not align with the level of service Jubilee provides, so the team sought a solution better suited to their vision.
Solution: Real-Time Lot Recognition Through the Jubilee Living App
Jubilee partnered with Alosant and Pipsy, its lot management partner, to connect lot inventory data directly to the Jubilee Living app.
Using the DataBridgeAI platform to connect Pipsy to Alosant, Jubilee now recognizes new residents the moment their lot status changes to “closed” in Pipsy. This event triggers an automatic welcome email and immediate resident access to the Jubilee Living app without waiting on county processing.
The result is a faster, warmer, and a more seamless onboarding experience that reduces manual work while delivering the high-quality resident experience Jubilee is known for from day one.
