The development team observed residents of all ages moving through the community with a smartphone in hand and realized they had to be on that device to be relevant.
Meticulous attention to detail goes into creating RanchLife, the lifestyle that differentiates this South Orange County community from its competition. Communication became a challenge when stitching together multiple messages across a variety of channels including an antiquated resident portal, weekly emails, printed calendars and notices.
The developer and lifestyle teams went looking for a single software solution able to handle the complexities of communicating with a growing community and engaging them in residential lifestyle.

Rancho Mission Viejo turned to Alosant to design the RanchLife App.
Alosant worked closely with the developer lifestyle, marketing and residential property management teams, creating a solution that brings the community together in one place for residents and provides seamless communication for the team.
RanchLife and Alosant Customer Success teams share access to a single admin that populates content and ignites functionality across all devices. They continue to add features to the RanchLife App that enhance resident life and streamline work flows.
RanchLife App launched in September 2017 and quickly reached a stellar 90% resident user adoption rate in the first 90 days.
Today, there are nearly 7,200 residents using the RanchLife App, bringing the adoption rate to 98%. They have over 45,000 sessions and 124,000 screen views per month.
