Using the App

To view your upcoming reservations from the app, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the app menu > Home.
2. Find and select the My Passes button. This displays all upcoming event reservations.

If the My Passes screen does not display any reservations, no reservations exist for your profile.

To edit your app profile information, please follow the steps below:

1. Find Settings. Navigate to the app menu > Settings.

2. Edit profile information. From the Settings page, change the information as needed.

a. Tap the person icon or picture to add/change your photo.

b. Tap the name to change your name.

c. Tap the appropriate fields to set your profile visibility. A checkmark = visible information.

i. Visible and Searchable Profile: Enables visibility of your name in the Neighbors directory.

ii. Phone Number Visible: Enables visibility of your phone number in the Neighbors directory.

iii. Email Address Visible: Enables visibility of your email address in the Neighbors directory.

iv. Street Address Visible: Enables visibility of your address in the Neighbors directory.

d. Tap Payment Method to add a credit card to your profile for in-app transactions.

e. Tap Enable Location and Check In Services to allow the app to use Location Services.

3. Tap Save to save your changes.

A Profile Updated message will appear, confirming your changes have been saved.

To search for Neighbors in your community app, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the app menu > Neighbors.
2. On this screen, you can search the Neighbors list by tapping the Search Neighbors button.
3. Enter the name of your Neighbor in the Search bar, then tap Done.
4. If a Neighbor is not returned, there is no user for that name in the app, or the user has removed themselves from the search via their app settings.
5. To follow this Neighbor, see Follow Neighbors.

To follow Neighbors in your community app, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the app menu > Neighbors.
2. On the list screen, scroll through the Neighbor list or search using the Search Neighbors button at the top of the screen.
3. Find and select the Neighbor you would like to follow. This will open their profile screen.
4. Tap Follow This Neighbor.

You are now following the Neighbor and can return to any screen in the app.

To make an event reservation in the app, please follow the steps below:

NOTE

The instructions below may use different language than the app you are using. Please refer to the list of possible items, and contact your Community Admin if you have additional questions.

1. Navigate to the app menu > select the Events menu. This may be titled Events, Community Calendar, Fitness Calendar, or something similar.
2. Find and select the event you wish to reserve for.
3. Review the description for additional rules, guidelines, and notices regarding the event.
4. Tap Reserve. This is a button and may be titled RSVP, Save My Seat, Select this Pass, or something similar.
5. Adjust your reservation details by adding or subtracting persons to your reservation.
6. Optionally, tap Include a Neighbor. This allows you to invite a neighbor or other app user to the reservation.
7. Tap Continue Reservation.
8. Review your details, then tap Confirm Reservation.

You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.

Your reservation is also visible in My Passes. If configured, this is located at the top of your app Home feed.

By default, only your name is visible in the app. Profile information, if visible, can be viewed by your app Neighbors. To edit visible profile information in the app, please follow the steps below:

1. Find Settings. Navigate to the app menu > Settings.

2. Tap the appropriate fields to edit your visible profile information. A checkmark = visible information.

a. Visible and Searchable Profile: Enables visibility of your name in the Neighbors directory.

b. Phone Number Visible: Enables visibility of your phone number in the Neighbors directory.

c. Email Address Visible: Enables visibility of your email address in the Neighbors directory.

d. Street Address Visible: Enables visibility of your address in the Neighbors directory.

3. Tap Save to save your changes.

A Profile Updated message will appear, confirming your changes have been saved.

IMPORTANT

If you search for yourself in Neighbors, you can still see your own details, even if all visibility items on your profile are unchecked. Rest assured that your information is not shown to others on the app.
