Subscriptions
What are Subscriptions?
Subscriptions are advanced reservations for recurring events. Users will enroll in a series of events, sometimes by paying a fee. Once enrolled by the community admin, users can now reserve for individual dates within the recurring event.
The enrollment requests are viewable from the Subscriptions menu.

Enable Subscriptions
To enable enrollments for subscriptions, please follow the steps below:
- In the Admin sidebar, find and select Events & Timeslots.
- Find and edit the recurring event in the admin.
- Enable Enrollment Required. Reservations must be enabled to enable enrollment. This allows users to enroll in the recurring event or subscription, creating a Pending subscription record that requires approval by an admin before a user can sign up for each individual date for this event. See Manage Subscriptions.
Interested subscription records are created when a user taps Set Reminder for any date of a recurring event where reservations are disabled. No action is required for these entries.
NOTE
No subscription records are created for recurring events where reservations are enabled and Enrollment Required is disabled.
Manage Subscriptions
To approve pending subscription enrollments, please follow the steps below:
1. In the Admin sidebar, find and select Subscriptions.
2. View the list of enrolled users. Users that have tapped Enroll for any reservable recurring event will appear with Status = Pending.
3. Click Open for any pending subscription request.
4. To approve the request, scroll to the bottom, then click Start. This changes the status to Active.
To deny a pending subscription, click Delete Record. By deleting the record, these users are not approved to enroll in individual dates for this recurring event.
No action is required for Interested subscription records.
NOTE
No subscription records are created for recurring events where reservations are enabled and Enrollment Required is disabled.
