Reservation Types

Reservation Types are used in page and event reservations. These are labels used while booking system reservations.

Example event Reservation Types include: Adult, Child, Household.

Example amenity Reservation Types include: Tennis Rackets, Life Vests, Canoes.

In the app, these are visible when clicking Reserve (or similar button name) for an event, amenity, or Amenity Pass.

To configure, see Create Reservation Types.

To create Reservation Types, please follow the steps below:

1. In the upper right, click your email address.
2. Select Reservation Types.
3. Click + New Reservation Type.
4. Type the Name to use for the reservation type. This is viewable by users when booking their reservation.
5. Optionally, enable Is Default.
6. Select the correct Applies To from the menu.
7. Click Save.

To update the Reservation Type name, please follow the steps below:

1. In the upper right, click your email address.
2. Select Reservation Types.
3. Find and select the Reservation Type that you wish to edit.
4. Type the Name to use for the reservation type.
5. Click Save.

NOTE

Only the Reservation Type name can be edited. If other values need to be modified, please see Create Reservation Types.

Reservation Types cannot be deleted.
