To support their bustling kids programming the Moonlight Basin team works diligently year-round to manually collect registrations. This includes important information like food allergies, age, and t-shirt size. The Moonlight Basin team values high-touch experiences, but with a growing community, it proved difficult to continue collecting information like they always have.

The Moonlight Basin App replaces all manual reservation functions. Before being able to register their child, parents must fill out a workflow that allows the Moonlight Basin team to capture any information they need. The workflow is tied to each reservation and once complete, team members get a notification to view the answers all in one place.

The Moonlight Basin App reservation system instilled more confidence in residents knowing that their community team was gathering information beforehand. Including providing a more personable experience, the Moonlight Basin team gained higher knowledge and received more structure to better prepare for events.
