Home Feed Optimization: A powerful addition to Communication Hub

Alosant is excited to release Home Feed Optimization, a new feature to the ResX Community Branded App Platform that empowers residents to take action by enabling community teams to curate the most popular page of their community branded app into a central hub for current happenings, important information, and more.

Why

Naturally, the Home Feed is the most viewed page in the app as the starting point for each app session.  The Home Feed is prime real estate for sharing timely news, highlighting upcoming events and promoting key community locations.  

We realize that producing quality email newsletters takes time yet the reality is that your email can quickly get buried in the inbox of your residents.  Meanwhile, on average residents access the app 1-2 times per week.

What

Home Feed Optimization converts resident email newsletters into actionable information within your app, giving community news high exposure, providing easy access for residents to get involved and fostering a strong sense of community.

Ensure your email content is readily available when a resident opens the app. Make your content actionable by utilizing app functionality to encourage RSVPs and reservations, provide directions, share with followers and push events to the device calendar.

Specific areas of the Home Page will be devoted to specific types of information. Residents will come to anticipate the link between the community email and app as the two communication channels work in tandem to foster community engagement.
