Experiencing issues with your Bluetooth?

Are you receiving the Bluetooth and Location Access pop-up when trying to use your mobile credentials? Please follow the steps below to enable Bluetooth for your community app:

Login and open the app to the Home Feed
Shake your phone near the reader
A pop-up to allow Bluetooth appears. Click "Open Settings"
In your device settings for your community app, enable Bluetooth.
