App Login

Request Resident Access

To request logged in access to the app, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the app and select View Guest Experience.
  2. Find and tap the Request Resident Access button on the Home feed.
  3. Complete the form with the required information, then click Sign Up.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been successfully submitted.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your request to be processed.

When your request has been approved, you will receive an additional email with instructions to log in to the app using your temporary token.

Log In as an App User

After your access has been approved by your community admin, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to the app for the first time.

Within the contents of that email, a 4-digit temporary token is provided. This token is needed to log in and reset your password.

To Log In to the app for the first time, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the app and select Sign In with Email. If you do not see this option, navigate to the app menu > Logout.
  2. Enter your email and 4-digit token as the password.
  3. A popup will appear prompting you to reset your password.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.
  5. Tap Update Password.
  6. Your permanent password has been created and you will be logged in to your app.

If you are experiencing trouble logging in to the app, please contact your Community Admin.

Requested Access, Cannot Sign In

If you have requested resident access in the app and have attempted to sign in but are experiencing errors, this could be because your access request is still pending.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your request to be processed.

When your request has been processed and confirmed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to the app for the first time.

If your request has been pending for longer than 72 hours, please contact your Community Admin.

Forgot App Password

If you have forgotten your app password, you can reset your password. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Initiate Reset

  1. Open the app and press Sign In with Email.
  2. Once on the login screen, tap Forgot password?
  3. A popup will appear. Enter your email address in the popup and press OK.
  4. An email will be sent to the entered address with instructions on how to reset your password.

Step 2: Update Password

  1. Click the link in the email. This link will open your browser on your device and prompt you to enter your new password.
  2. Confirm your new password.
  3. Click Update Password.
  4. Navigate to the mobile app and log in using your email and updated password.

Email Address Not Found

If you are receiving a message stating Your email address is not found in our system when attempting to log in to the app, check the following:

  • Ensure that the email address you are attempting to log in with is the same address you used when access was requested and granted.
  • Your request for access may still be pending. Please allow up to 72 hours for your access request to be processed.

If the error persists after 72 hours and the email address you are entering matches the address you used to request access, contact your Community Admin for assistance.
