Viridian Creates Better Communication In One Place

The team at the Viridian Residential Association struggled to communicate with residents using an outmoded resident web portal. Keeping residents up to date on everything going on for this vibrant Johnson Development community was a real challenge: from community events to fitness classes; from managing court reservations at the Tennis Center to generating awareness for the Sailing Center.

The Situation

The VRA team immediately saw the value of creating a single comprehensive communication vehicle for their community, the Viridian Life App. The vast majority of Viridian residents use the mobile app however there are some that still prefer a website.

Following a successful Viridian Life App launch to residents, the VRA team decided to eliminate their existing antiquated web portal and rely entirely on the Alosant platform, including the web app version for desktop and laptop computer users.

Regardless of the device, all content, reservations and requests sync for the user allowing them to move seamlessly between the native mobile and web apps.

Viridian residents like options and appreciate having an integrated platform across multiple devices. The Tennis Center is a particularly popular area of the Viridian Life App allowing residents to make and manage court reservations. Over 5,400 reservations have been made since late spring!
